NADO is an interdisciplinary architectural office focused on architecture, project management and construction supervision in Poland and Germany.

 

Our team consists of six architects and engineers based in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków and in Berlin. We deliver projects across Poland and Germany and have extensive experience in cross-border project structures.

In Poland, we are fully authorised to submit designs for building permits and provide architectural services and site supervision, including:

For international clients, we act as a single point of contact throughout all project phases. We coordinate investors, authorities, consultants and contractors, reducing interfaces and project-specific risks.

In particular, within the Polish market, we support foreign investors in navigating approval procedures, technical regulations and local requirements in a reliable and structured manner.

NADO provides integrated project delivery from a single source — from site analysis and feasibility studies through design and implementation. Already in early project phases, we support decision-making through structured analyses and robust cost and time frameworks.

A key focus of our work is the retail sector, including the expansion and rollout of store networks in Poland and Germany.
